A late-night chase through Red Bluff ended with Ray Cain, 37-years-old, facing murder charges Monday night, according to Red Bluff police.
Red Bluff Police chased a Cottonwood man dragging a man behind his motorcycle late Monday night. Police say the man being dragged is now dead and the motorcyclist is now facing murder charges.
