Two people died in a motorcycle crash on Route 3 in Clifton early Friday, prosecutors said.
Richard Stuart Jr., 23, of Passaic, and Raquel Prada-Galvez, 24, of Clifton, died after the motorcycle they were on crashed near the Bloomfield Avenue exit on Route 3 eastbound at about 1:30 a.m., the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office stated. Stuart, the driver, and the passenger, Prada-Galvez, were pronounced dead at the scene.
A white Toyota RAV-4 subsequently lost control and hit the median. The driver was uninjured.

A motorcycle was towed away from the scene at about 7 a.m., while the Toyota was still there as of around 8 a.m. Clifton police were on site.
