Man identified in fatal Route 30 motorcycle crash in York County - PennLive

A York County man who died after driving his motorcycle into oncoming traffic shortly before 11 Friday night has been identified, officials said.

According to police, 31-year-old Dennis Kime, of Paradise Township, was traveling westbound in the eastbound lane along the 5900 block of Lincoln Highway West when his motorcycle struck the front of a Hyundai Tiburon. The driver of the car tried to swerve to miss the motorcycle, the report said.

Officials said Kime was found dead at the scene.

York County Deputy Coroner Michelle Rau, Deputy Coroner-in-Training Tina Grimes ruled his death an accident caused by multiple blunt force trauma due to the collision.

Officials said they completed a routine toxicology report; however, an autopsy will not be conducted.

The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating the crash.

Another motorcyclist died in a Saturday night crash in York Township, York County, less than 24 hours after this incident.
