Tyler Scott Hybiak, a 22-year-old New Kent resident, was identified as the driver of the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene, the release said. McKenzy J. Meade, a 20-year-old New Kent resident, was the passenger on the motorcycle and was transported to VCU Medical Center, where she later died.
