FORESTBURGH – State police say a Queens man died Sunday after a motorcycle crash in the Town of Forestburgh.
New York State Police said Mauricio Cruz, 23, was riding a 2009 Yamaha R6 at around 11 a.m. on Sunday when the motorcycle left the roadway near the intersection of Route 42 and King Road and struck a tree.
Police said emergency medical technicians from Mobilemedic EMS provided medical aid to Cruz at the scene. He was taken to Garnet Health Catskills Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
